Good Faith Estimate/No Suprise Act

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care will cost.

Your Rights Under the Law:

  • You have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate before you receive services.

  • The estimate will include expected costs for therapy sessions and related services.

  • If your final bill is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the charge.

  • Make sure to keep a copy of your estimate for reference.

Estimated Costs for Therapy Services

The cost of therapy varies depending on the type and frequency of sessions. Before starting services, you will receive a detailed estimate outlining expected charges based on your individual needs. While the number of sessions may vary, this estimate aims to provide transparency so you can make informed decisions about your care.
