EMDR Therapy

Think of quicker results and less talking. EMDR is a modern and effective treatment for trauma, anxiety and PTSD, making triggers less impactful. The number of sessions needed will vary per person.

 

Investment: $200 w/Melissa per 60 min

Commitment: Weekly or Bi-Weekly

Weight Management, Psychological Approach

This structured, time limited program is designed for women who have discontinued the use of weight loss medication or are in the process of their weight loss journey and want to explore their relationship with food and develop a new way of thinking, healthier habits, and increased self-awareness.

 

Investment: $200 w/ Melissa per

60 min 

Commitment: 10 weeks

Virtual or In-Person

*Not appropriate for those with a severe eating disorder. It is recommended to consult with a medical doctor when starting new weight loss plans.  This is not a medical intervention.

Customized Individual Therapy

You will collaborate with your therapist to identify your goals and what you would like to get out of therapy.  We specialize in anxiety, trauma, setting boundaries, breaking generational cycles, and prioritizing self-love through it all. 

Modalities include CBT, EFT, and trauma-informed care. 

 

Investment: $125 w/Amanda per 50 min
